1. Orientation to the P2P - model
- The experts from Laurea University of Applied Sciences will introduce the learning-by-development model, where you will get all the necessary information to implement the service.

2. Online training course
- Laurea UAS experts have made using the service as easy as possible! An online course allows you to take over the learning by development whole. The course covers the key issues of the P2P model; Working life project, Reporting, Presenting the results, Introduction, Choosing a suitable course, Working life partners, Theoretical studies, and Evaluation.

3. Creating a working life partner’s network
- Laurea University of Applied Sciences has been cooperating with various companies and other operators for years. Laurea's experts offer support and tools to universities that help create a network of long-term partners. In addition, help is also available for legal matters such as drafting cooperation agreements.

4. On-site coaching/ training support
-Laurea UAS offers an optional extra service. This service consists of a two-week period of on-going support. Adaptation curricula & setting learning objectives
